- County Commissioners form a Home Rule Charter Committee for Deschutes County (Article VI, Section 10 Oregon Constitution) to get the Charter placed on a Primary Election for 2023. Once passed, County Commissioners have more power to enact local legislation concerning local residents in Deschutes County such as water and homelessness.
- County Commissioners issue an Ordinance to make Deschutes County residents protected from future Mandates related to Emergency Powers due to natural or man-made disasters beyond statutory and/or Constitutional timelines. And in no way shall any legislative and/or government official dictate their Emergency Powers upon We The People beyond 60 days.
- County Commissioners issue an Ordinance that dictates State and/or National Emergency Powers have no effect after 60 days from the date of the Emergency without the Commissioners approval.
- County Commissioners issue an Ordinance that upholds the personal healthcare rights (List TBD) of all Citizens in Deschutes County by requiring notices be posted at the entrances of all healthcare institutions.
- County Commissioners issue an Ordinance to uphold current Discrimination Statutory Laws (list TBD) as well as Constitutional Bill of Rights (both OR and US) to be posted at all entrances of public and private businesses.
- County Commissioners issue an Ordinance to Deschutes County Public Schools teach Civics classes to all High School students.
- County Commissioners issue an Ordinance to clean up the Homeless camps in Deschutes County.
- County Commissioners issue an Ordinance to stop the Federal government from imposing water restrictions on Deschutes County.
- County Commissioners issue an Ordinance to stop Mail-In voting in Deschutes County.
