The Naturalists (Communists) use the Endangered Species Act to force the Citizens of Deschutes County out of water supply. Why? Their argument is unless they flood the Deschutes River and other tributaries during winter (drain our reservoirs), the spotted frog will die. Unfortunately, the spotted frog is on the same pay grade with the Bull Trout. And the draining of our water supply during winter raises the overall temperature of the river killing the Bull Trout. It's worse! The KEYSTONE species Salmon and Steelhead are also dying. But the KEYSTONE species TRUMP the spotted frog. And they are protected Constitutionally! Salmon and Steelhead are to our water ecosystems as are honey bees to plant life. Without them, the water system is death to other life forms. Therefore, we use the highest law of the land, our Constitutions to take back our water supply. We go on the offense and use their own playbook strategy to reverse the ruling.
Question. Why have the State legislators, Bureaucrats, local government officials not used this strategy to stop these domestic terrorists from draining our water supply? Money, power, greed and control. The Enemy's end game hasn't changed since the beginning of mankind.
How do we stop them from draining our water? First, the Citizens of Deschutes County need to place on the ballot a measure for a County Home Rule Charter. (Click on RESOURCES on the Home Page of this website and download that document). This is an Article 6, Section 10, Oregon Constitutional law that if voted in by the Citizens of Deschutes County will give the County Commissioners special legislative power to enforce existing laws by issuing ordinances that must be followed.
Second, vote for Scott Stuart and Patti Adair as County Commissioners.
Third, County Commissioners vote in an ordinance that stops the draining of water from Wikiup and other important reservoirs in our County.
Fourth, The Court of Public Opinion enforces the ordinance and we get our water back. We The People kick the Greenies out of Deschutes County!
